This chat service is used for collaboration among parents and school officials to answer questions and provide information.

Name of the Room: NY MARITIME PARENTS ASSOCIATION CHAT ROOM 

CHAT ROOM GUIDELINES:

1.The chat room is a Maritime support group not an official answer to anything

2.Use your best judgment to decide if the information you are hearing is correct for your situation.

3.Please discuss issues that are of interest to all regarding Maritime.

4.Do not dwell on issues that are specific to your child.

5.Avoid negativity.

6.Do not complain about Maritime traditions.

7.The chat room is for parents and invited guests-not students unless specifically invited.

8.The moderator must control the room on the official nights.  The moderator will be present when there is an official representative in attendance, and once they leave the chat room everything else is personal opinion and may or may not be accurate info!
